The month of October brings the Boo-Who Scarecrow Contest, which merchants and organizations construct a scarecrow to represent them and they are placed along Main Street in Downtown Jasper the whole month of October. The Trick or Treat on Main Street brings out all the kids in Halloween Costumes from the hours of 4pm to 6pm along Main Street as Businesses and Organizations hand out candy to thousands of children in the community.
